How it works

1) Checkout (Stripe)

Choose your plan and checkout securely using Stripe. We never store credit card numbers on our website.

2) Setup (Premium only)

If you choose Premium, we’ll email a quick intake and simple instructions to grant access safely (no personal passwords needed).

3) Submit tickets when you’re stuck

Use your ticket(s) for plugin questions, troubleshooting, and “what should I do next?” We’ll point you to the next best action.

Secure access for installation (Premium)

Only needed if you choose Premium Setup + Support. We do not need your personal password.

Option A: Temporary Admin User (recommended)

Create a temporary admin user like ccseo_setup, then remove it after setup is complete.

Option B: Screen-share

You click the buttons while we guide you. You stay in full control.

Option C: Hosting invite

If your host supports it, invite an admin user without sharing existing credentials.

FAQ

Do you store my credit card? No. Payments run through Stripe checkout. Your card details are handled by Stripe — we don’t store card numbers on our website.
What does “billed quarterly” mean? Premium is $39/month, billed as $117 every 3 months. You can cancel anytime before renewal.
Do tickets roll over if I don’t use them? No — tickets reset monthly. This keeps support fair and response times fast.
Do you need my WordPress password? No. For installation, we use a temporary admin user (recommended) or screen-share. You can remove access after setup is complete.
